Manufacturing
Our widespread manufacturing facilities cater to diverse products and markets, underscoring our commitment to quality. From basic machining to high-end subassemblies used in fuel systems, Shigan is known for its manufacturing excellence. All high-pressure product manufacturing is backed by rigorous online testing and certification. We manufacture high-pressure regulators, automotive controllers, and test sensors and components under pressures ranging from 1 to 200 bar. Our precision machines meet stringent dimensional and flatness requirements, and we conduct in-house endurance and validation testing to ensure product reliability.
Service
Our service network across India ensures swift and efficient after-sales support, with a response time of three to four hours for field calls. We take pride in our super skilled service team that resolves 95% of field issues on-site, minimizing work disruptions for our clients. We also offer specialized training modules to the end-customers at no additional cost.
Traceability
Traceability is integral to our manufacturing process, ensuring complete transparency from raw materials to final products. We develop prototypes ready for customer testing and ensure high-pressure products undergo 100% online testing and certification. Our testing capabilities range from 1 to 200 bar for pressure components and include sensors and electronic equipment, among other components, guaranteeing product reliability and performance.
