Manufacturing
Our widespread manufacturing facilities cater to diverse products and markets, underscoring our commitment to quality. From basic machining to high-end subassemblies used in fuel systems, Shigan is known for its manufacturing excellence. All high-pressure product manufacturing is backed by rigorous online testing and certification. We manufacture high-pressure regulators, automotive controllers, and test sensors and components under pressures ranging from 1 to 200 bar. Our precision machines meet stringent dimensional and flatness requirements, and we conduct in-house endurance and validation testing to ensure product reliability.
Service
Our service network across India ensures swift and efficient after-sales support, with a response time of three to four hours for field calls. We take pride in our super skilled service team that resolves 95% of field issues on-site, minimizing work disruptions for our clients. We also offer specialized training modules to the end-customers at no additional cost.
Traceability
Traceability is integral to our manufacturing process, ensuring complete transparency from raw materials to final products. We maintain 100% production traceability through a strict FIFO process, with every assembly coded for easy tracking down to individual parts or raw materials. Testing & Facilities

We develop prototypes ready for customer testing and ensure high-pressure products undergo 100% online testing and certification. Our testing capabilities range from 1 to 200 bar for pressure components and include sensors and electronic equipment, among other components, guaranteeing product reliability and performance.
